Grose Wold has no railway station and bus services are limited. Busways route 680 (Richmond–Bowen Mountain loop) runs via Grose Vale and Grose Wold, connecting to Richmond railway station — the T1 Western line terminus. The suburb's eastern boundary adjoins Richmond, so the station and town are only a short drive from most of the suburb.
