Kyle Bay, NSW 2221

Tiny, affluent, leafy riverside suburb in the St George area of southern Sydney, roughly 19 km south of the Sydney CBD, in the Georges River Council local government area. It takes its name from the bay that sits on the northern shore of the Georges River — Kyle Bay and neighbouring Harness Cask Point are natural formations, and the suburb is a small peninsula surrounded on three sides by water and the suburbs of Blakehurst, South Hurstville and Connells Point, with Kangaroo Point on the opposite bank. At the 2021 census just 1,039 people lived there (29.9% born overseas, top birthplaces China 8.3% and Greece 2.1%), and it is described as an affluent, picturesque suburb of premium waterfront homes, ~7 km west of Botany Bay.
