Narellan Vale, NSW 2567

Established family suburb on Sydney's south-west fringe about 60 km from the CBD, converted from farmland from 1986 (first land release 1990) and completed by 1998. At the 2021 census it had 6,931 residents — 82.6% born in Australia, 51.9% of people in families with children, 21.7% of residents aged 0–14 and 97.2% of dwellings detached houses — a textbook young-family suburb. Sitting between Narellan and Mount Annan on the eastern side of the Camden town-centre corridor, it offers quiet estate-style streets with schools, parks and local shops a short distance from Narellan Town Centre.

Narellan Vale has no railway station, and public transport is bus-based: corridor services along the Camden–Narellan–Campbelltown route — notably route 895, which historically ran Campbelltown–Narellan Vale–Narellan–Camden–Camden South — connect the suburb to Camden, Narellan and Campbelltown, and a direct bus links Narellan Vale to Narellan Town Centre in about 10 minutes. The nearest railway stations are Macarthur and Campbelltown on the T8 Airport & South Line, to the east — a bus-then-train or drive connection rather than a walkable one.
