South Wentworthville, NSW 2145

Predominantly residential suburb of Greater Western Sydney, 26 km west of the Sydney CBD and an extension of Wentworthville lying south of the M4 Motorway. The Fullagar estate south of the Great Western Highway was first auctioned from the 1890s, and the suburb has stayed almost entirely low-rise housing ever since. At the 2021 census it had 6,913 residents. Domain has described it as the suburb 'better known for being Parramatta’s bridesmaid option' — a quiet, affordable family pocket between Parramatta and the M4 — before it became Sydney's best-performing suburb, with house prices up 37.2% in the year to June 2025.
